Step 1: Start With a Call
Pick up the phone or send us a message and we'll set aside time to learn about your needs. We ask a lot of questions — how you travel, where you go, who's coming along — because the right van starts with knowing the person who'll live in it.

Step 2: Build Your Spec Sheet
After our conversation, we put together a complete build document — layout, finishes, power system, kitchen, bath, and every option worth considering. You get a clear picture of what's included and what the total looks like before anyone signs anything.

Step 3: Sign and Secure Your Spot
When the spec is dialed in, we move to contract. Cash buyers put down a deposit so we can lock in your chassis and materials. Financing customers complete a quick pre-approval first — we'll walk you through both paths and there's no pressure either direction.

Step 4: Into Production
Your build enters our production schedule and our team gets to work. We keep you updated at every milestone — chassis arrival, design sign-off, and progress photos along the way. At the halfway point in production, a second payment of 25% is collected.

Step 5: Pickup and Full Walkthrough
When your van is complete, we walk through every system together — electrical, plumbing, heating, climate, and storage — until you know it cold. Final payment is collected here. You leave with four key sets, a full owner's manual, and all appliance documentation.

Step 6: Shake It Down
We always recommend a short run — a weekend close to home — right after pickup. This first trip helps catch any minor tweaks early, before you're deep in the backcountry. For out-of-state customers, we offer delivery with the first 250 miles already on it.

Step 7: Stay Part of the Family
Your relationship with Royal Elite doesn't end at delivery. Tag us in your adventures, reach out when you have questions, and come back when you're ready to add on or build again. We put a lot into every van we build — we're in it for the long run with you.
